Martin runs values-based consultancy processes within charities and community groups. Drawing on over twenty years of leadership roles in the voluntary sector he specialises in a creative form of 'embedded consultancy' - walking alongside staff, leadership and trustees - developing, managing and implementing change processes that 'make good sense'.
