Martin Thomas has been working in the charity sector for over 20 years in a variety of trustee and staff roles, including CMS, World Vision UK and most recently Viva, an international children's charity, where he had oversight of the mobilisation offices in the UK, North America and Hong Kong. Martin is a writer, a member of the Institute of Fundraising (IoF) and Society of Authors (SoA). He writes a column for Sorted Magazine and is also a children's author - Little Elephants.
